Terms of Service

These terms of service ("terms") govern the use of ParasalHesap. Please read them carefully, especially sections 3, 4 and 10, which limit ParasalHesap's responsibility.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between ParasalHesap, based in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC), and the business that uses the service ("you"). By using ParasalHesap, you accept these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ParasalHesap is business management software, provided as a tool. Accounts are created by ParasalHesap, and each business's admin manages that business's own users. ParasalHesap may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. No warranty: "as is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS OR REPORTS, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, SECURITY, OR PRESERVATION OF DATA.

4. Data loss and your own copies

DATA MAY BE LOST, CORRUPTED OR BECOME UNAVAILABLE, FOR EXAMPLE THROUGH SOFTWARE DEFECTS, HARDWARE FAILURE, THIRD-PARTY OUTAGES OR ATTACKS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR OWN COPIES OF ANY DATA YOU NEED, FOR EXAMPLE BY USING EXPORTS.

ANY BACKUPS PARASALHESAP MAKES ARE FOR ITS OWN OPERATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT A PROMISE THAT ANY DATA CAN BE RESTORED.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • the data you enter and its lawfulness;
  • checking balances, reports, tax figures, late fees, installment calculations and every other result before relying on it;
  • all tax, invoicing, accounting and other legal compliance of your business;
  • keeping passwords and PINs secure;
  • everything done by the users of your account.

If the master password of your password vault is lost, the vault's contents cannot be recovered by anyone, including ParasalHesap.

6. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You allow ParasalHesap to store and process it only to run the service. How this is done is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and access

Fees are set by your agreement or quote with ParasalHesap. When a subscription lapses, access to the service is restricted until it is renewed.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful content or activity, attack the service or try to bypass its security, reverse engineer it, or resell it without ParasalHesap's written permission.

9. Third-party services

Integrations such as Google Drive are provided by third parties under their own terms. ParasalHesap is not responsible for their availability, for changes they make, or for what happens to data stored with them. Files you attach are stored with the cloud storage provider you connect; ParasalHesap does not keep a copy, and whether they can be opened depends on that provider and on your account with it.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARASALHESAP IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, AND ANY BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF PARASALHESAP WAS TOLD THAT SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.

PARASALHESAP'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO PARASALHESAP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You will compensate ParasalHesap for any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your data, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

ParasalHesap may suspend or end the service at any time for non-payment or breach of these terms, or for any other reason with notice. Exporting your data before the service ends is your responsibility. After the service ends, your data may be deleted without further notice.

13. Changes to these terms

ParasalHesap may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC). The courts of Lefkoşa (Nicosia) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the terms remain in force. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
